- Which app or service you're contacting us about
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead (and any error message you saw)
- Your device and OS version — e.g. "iPhone 15, iOS 26"
- The app version, if you know it (Settings → About)
Reporting a bug
If something is broken in one of our apps, please email support@gloveboxlabs.com with the details above and a screenshot if you can take one. Screenshots of the actual problem save us hours of back-and-forth.
