What to include in your message

To help us help you faster, tell us:

  • Which app or service you're contacting us about
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead (and any error message you saw)
  • Your device and OS version — e.g. "iPhone 15, iOS 26"
  • The app version, if you know it (Settings → About)

Reporting a bug

If something is broken in one of our apps, please email support@gloveboxlabs.com with the details above and a screenshot if you can take one. Screenshots of the actual problem save us hours of back-and-forth.

For questions about the FreightCoreTMS or OverSizeTMS web platform — billing, account access, dispatcher features — please reach support@freightcoretms.com instead. Those go to the same team but route faster.
