These terms cover the GloveBoxLabs website only. Apps we publish are governed by their own End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service, available from each app's store listing or in-app Settings.

Acceptance

By using gloveboxlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is operated by GloveBoxLabs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company operating as an independent software studio. The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe who we are, what we publish, and how to contact us. The Site is not an app store, a service portal, or a transactional platform.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the GloveBoxLabs name and brand — is the property of GloveBoxLabs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
